Guyana: Dead man and cocaine found at second plane crash site

After hours of searching, police have finally found the crash site of a small airplane that went down near the Issano Airstrip in Mazaruni, Guyana.

The body of an unidentified man and a quantity of cocaine were found at the crash site.

The plane was one of two aircrafts that went down near the airstrip on Sunday night.

At the first crash site, two Brazilians and a Venezuelan were arrested.

Police did not find any illegal items.

The men claimed they were on their way to Suriname when their Cessna 206 aircraft developed mechanical issues.
